Really enjoyed our triple room with very comfortable beds & constant hot water in the bathroom. Awesome very central location very close to the bars restaurants and clubs of Plac Nowy, touristic area, and the Centre of Town.

The location for Krakow was great, very close to the main square "stare miasto, shopping centres and the Castle, Schindler's Factory and Main Square. All of the staff was outstandingly accommodating and amicable. The staff served bread, cereals, and fresh fruit for breakfast.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and magnificent - at a medium distance from a fortified hilltop castle. Everything was perfect, even so a few employees were busy. Everywhere was fairly clean, room with coffee, a lounge, and tea/coffee was really decent sized.
